The Director General of the Ministry of Health has expressed a favorable opinion regarding the request to suspend the appointment procedures of the Director General of ASL n°8 of Cagliari, the Director General of ASL Gallura and the Director General of Areus , accepting the extraordinary appeal to the President of the Council of State formalized by the lawyers Matilde Mura and Giulia Atzori, on behalf of Marcello Tidore, Marcello Acciaro and Simonetta Bettelini .
According to the 10-page opinion, the Ministry deemed the appointments of the new Directors General ineffective, noting that they could not be ordered by the Regional Council because the Constitutional Court, in December 2024, had annulled the regional law by virtue of which the Council itself appointed the new Directors General.

The Ministry therefore expressed a favorable opinion on the immediate reinstatement of the dismissed Directors General, arguing that awaiting a decision on the merits of the extraordinary appeal would permanently jeopardize the dismissed Directors General's interest in carrying out their duties. According to the Ministry, this interest "is not only related to remuneration, but also involves considerations of public and professional prestige."

Now the immediate reinstatement decree must arrive, with the precautionary ruling from the President of the Council of State, pending the appeal's assessment on its merits.
