Sardinian hospitals increasingly under pressure. And now the percentage of beds occupied in the medical area is also reaching the threshold value.

On the island, in fact, the figure rises again and is now equal to 15% (+ 1%) according to the latest Agenas surveys.

Intensive care (10% limit), on the other hand, was substantially stable in recent days at 14%.

Just yesterday, the daily report of the Regional Crisis Unit recorded an increase of 12 units in hospitalizations in ordinary wards, thus reaching 236 occupied beds. And it is now time to understand when Omicron will reach its peak on the Island.

IN THE COUNTRY - In Italy, the percentage of places in non-critical area wards occupied by Covid patients rises to 29% in Italy, with the figure reaching 69% in Valle d'Aosta. In the last 24 hours, the figure grows not only in Sardinia but also in other regions: Abruzzo (29%), Basilicata (26%), Calabria (41%), Campania (29%), Emilia Romagna (27%), Lombardy (34%), Marche (27%), Piedmont (30%), Puglia (21%), Tuscany (25%). Cala in Umbria (33%) and Veneto (23%). Stable Friuli (29%), Lazio (27%), Liguria (38%), Molise (13%), Pa Bolzano (18%), Pa Trento (25%), Sicily (35%).

At the level of intensive care, the average value of the country is 18%, therefore also in this case well above the limit values set.
