The Divine Comedy translated into Gallura
The enterprise of Paolo Demuru, a 77 year old pensioner, originally from Oschiri. He recreated the famous triplets and added his own illustrations«The myth of the 'ita und'eu sighia

It is the beginning of the Divine Comedy , translated into Gallura . The company belongs to a 77 year old pensioner who has lived in Assemini for 63 years: Paolo Demuru . The origins are in Balascia, a hamlet of Oschiri, where as a boy Demuru lived in contact with nature, the landscape and the stars: and from Balascia comes the language in which, working on it for two years, he recreated Dante's triplets, saving the meaning, the metric and the rhyme system, and also adding illustrations made by him.
Hard work, carried out on one side on the page and on the other on himself: the melee with the poetry of the greatest Italian poet pushed Demuru to ask himself what hell and purgatory represent for us, men of the twenty-first century . The translation is still unpublished.
