Alessandra Todde changes strategy on the ASL to be placed under special administration. No more reorganization of healthcare through the June bill, which does not please the whole Campo Largo for many aspects (huge strengthening of Ares in the lead). Now the focus is on ad personam measures, with specific forfeiture procedures, which are worth starting a legal-administrative battle.
For now, Marcello Tidore and Flavio Sensi, who respectively lead the companies of Cagliari and Sassari, the ASL 8 and 1, have ended up in the crosshairs : they are two of the thirteen managers who, on behalf of the center-right, have a five-year contract in their pocket, starting in January 2022. To send them home, a reform is needed. Or a reorganization of the regional health system.
Or formal disputes: the proceedings against Tidore and Sensi are destined to end up in court, before the labor judge. The Health offices are contesting some appointments to the two managers. Tidore's appointment was that of Graziella Boi, Giorgio Oppi's wife, promoted to department head, a position already held in the past and then cancelled after the opposition of the department. Sensi, on the other hand, ended up in the grill for the indication (then not materialized) of an administrative manager.
