Via Italia reopens in Pirri . The main artery of the hamlet of Cagliari returns to normal , with the restoration of traffic in both directions.

The traffic stop - amidst the discontent of residents and motorists - came last January, to allow work to combat the floods which every year represent a constant concern for the Municipality with the arrival of the rains . The street, a stop for some of the main bus and courier lines, had been blocked in the stretch between via Emanuele Filiberto and via Valerio Pisano.

Today at 3pm the green light was given, with the vehicles starting to circulate again towards Monserrato and the city centre.
