A tourist couple was attacked in Sarrala, Tertenia marina. It happened on July 30 during the beer festival. The two, who are spending a stay at Foxi Manna, were approached by three individuals who, after an initial friendly approach, threatened them and then harassed the woman, groping her without her consent, and finally hit the boy with and slaps.

The two tourists tried to escape the violence by moving away in their own vehicle, but were chased and rammed several times with the car occupied by the three attackers, who then moved away in an attempt to hide their tracks.

The three, tracked down by the carabinieri following a photographic identification, were reported for the crimes of sexual violence, threats, beatings, private violence , and the car used to chase the couple was seized in order to carry out the technical surveys of the case.

Precisely in this phase, the soldiers of the station and of the Jerzu mobile unit found one of the three alleged attackers in possession of 10 doses of cocaine, for a total of 5 grams, kept in the fuse compartment. The young man was arrested and yesterday, after the validation hearing, he returned to freedom with an obligation to stay.
