A demonstration took place in Tertenia, a municipality in the Ogliastra region that lost its school autonomy, resulting in its incorporation into Bari Sardo . This decision sparked protests from the community, who took to the streets in a demonstration initiated and organized by teacher Ivana Murgia to express their opposition to a decision that affects 364 students in preschool, middle school, and elementary school.

"We say no to the state's retreat into the territory. We can't talk about depopulation and then take away services from the area," explained Mayor Giulio Murgia , who was present at the rally.
