And if the prosecutor Angelo Beccu asked for acquittal because the fact does not constitute a crime, the defense lawyers highlighted how the tender did not undergo any type of pre-packaging and that the relationships with the companies were intended to maximize the possibility of accessing the tender by avoiding the flop. The lawyers were Nicola Satta for Peralda, Stefano Porcu for Ciaravola and Agostinangelo Marras for Mascellaro. The college was chaired by Giancosimo Mura, alongside Monia Adami and Sara Pelicci.
