They were “experts in business creation”. They generated employment and for years they operated in the employment service centers of the then Province of Cagliari. Professionals but, paradoxically, they were the ones who had continuous and continuous collaboration contracts: precarious workers, who are now being collected thanks to a sentence from the Court of Cagliari, Labor section, which recognized them as subordinate workers.

The story emerges from a series of acknowledgments of off-balance sheet debts approved by the Metropolitan City of Cagliari , which has taken the place of the Province.

From the resolutions it turns out that some former collaborators of the institution, who worked until 2013, had been used with "illegitimate" contracts: precarious workers to the maximum extent who, in fact, performed duties as employees.

For each, the judge recognized "the illegitimacy of the autonomous and coordinated and continuous collaboration contracts entered into" and sentenced the administration "to pay an indemnity by way of compensation equal to five months of the last global salary actually received, plus a higher measure between interest and revaluation as required by law in the public sector from the date of the sentence until the balance". Plus some other salary items.

About 14,000 euros each. For four who were employees but were treated as outsiders. And they worked in employment offices.
