An illegal open dump hidden in a granite quarry. This is what the Carabinieri of the Compagnia di Tempio Pausania have discovered in the Bassacutena area.

Among the waste also drums full of oil or fuel , fire extinguishers, tyres , rubber hoses, metal parts of work vehicles, the tank of a tanker, ferrous material of various workmanship and granite scraps.

The area, which has already been subject to seizure ordered by the two owners of the company that managed the extraction site, is approximately 75,000 square meters .
