Local taxes evaded for 1.6 million euros, in particular IMU and TARI .

This is what emerged from checks carried out by the Air and Naval Operations Department of the Guardia di Finanza of Cagliari along the coasts of the island.

The irregularities concern numerous commercial activities on the coast, responsible for the failure or incomplete declaration of the properties used , with consequent non-payment of the waste tax.

This conduct, the Guardia di Finanza emphasizes, not only damages the coffers of the municipalities involved, but also creates unfair competition against other commercial businesses that pay all their taxes.
