Tavolara Bay, everything postponed until February 17, 2027. The Sardinian Regional Administrative Court (TAR) has scheduled the hearing on the merits of the appeal presented by the Region regarding the project to build a glamping site at Cala Finanza - Punta La Greca, in the Loiri Porto San Paolo area, for that date.

This morning, the Second Section of the Administrative Court heard the parties' lawyers' requests in chambers and set the new date. The Region, represented by attorneys Roberto Murroni and Alessandra Putzu, was granted permission to continue the proceedings and reach the merits despite the lack of cause for the dispute, following the government's revocation of the single ZES authorization following the annulment of the Municipality's resolution.

The lawyers, waiving the suspension, have requested a lengthy postponement so they can reassess the overall situation. The Region's appeal involves several entities: among the main ones, the Missione Zes structure and the Government (which must adopt the definitive revocation) with the Presidency and the Ministries of Culture, Infrastructure, and Transport, as well as the Municipality of Loiri Porto San Paolo.

The Legal Intervention Group, represented by lawyer Carlo Augusto Melis Costa, and the Tavolara Bay company, represented by lawyer Gian Comita Ragnedda, also intervened in the proceedings.

At the heart of the dispute is the single permit for a zoning change that would allow an area to be moved from the "H2" protected zone to the "F4" tourist zone, with the conversion of a residence and the surrounding area into a hospitality facility. In a decree dated June 6, the Regional Administrative Court rejected the Region's request for precautionary measures, adjourning the case until today. Now, Tavolara Bay's lawyers may also challenge the revocation of the single ZES permit, opening a new dispute in the matter.

Meanwhile, outside the courthouse in Piazza del Carmine in Cagliari, a few dozen protesters from the committees that have been occupying the area in front of Cala Finanza for days gathered for a sit-in.
