He was surprised by the carabinieri of Cagliari while, in via Garigliano, he was intent on rummaging inside a car.

The young man, a 23-year-old Gambian citizen, was arrested by the carabinieri for aggravated theft.

The 23-year-old, at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor on duty, was restricted to the security rooms of the Arma, pending the rite for direct route scheduled for today morning.
