The yellow code warning issued by the regional Civil Protection is valid until 9:00 PM today, Thursday, August 6.

In fact, the Civil Protection has issued a double warning: today there is a risk of thunderstorms, and tomorrow very high temperatures will also be seen in the coastal areas of the island, particularly in the eastern and southern parts.

As the weather bulletin explains, in fact, a moderate wind will bring the warm area from the inland areas towards the eastern areas of the island and in particular towards the Metropolitan City of Cagliari , in the afternoon hours of Friday 7 August.

The result was widespread high maximum temperatures, with peaks around 40 degrees located in particular in the Lower Campidano and in the Metropolitan City of Cagliari .

Cagliari today, tomorrow, and Saturday, August 8, has been marked with the highest risk level (red dot) in the Ministry of Health's usual heat wave bulletin.
