What remains of the Sulcis Plan? Ten years after the signing of the memorandum of understanding on November 13, 2012 in the Serbariu mine, there are still hundreds of millions unspent and many works remained (at least for now) unfinished.

The Sulcis Plan - created to give a future to a territory that saw the collapse of the aluminum supply chain and thousands of paychecks and thirty years of industrial history go up in smoke - has put in place 73 projects - two of which were never born - for a billion and 242 million euros, of which 805.2 are public.

80 percent of this money is already committed, written down in the contracts, but in reality just over a quarter of it has been spent: a figure that should be around (conditional is a must) around 215 million EUR.

On the Unione Sarda on newsstands the first episode of the investigation dedicated to the millionaire plan.
