Accused of theft of cash in the pharmacy in via San Salvatore, in Settimo San Pietro, where she had worked for some years, a 46-year-old from Monserrato was arrested by the carabinieri of the Sinnai station at the end of the investigations carried out in the last few days after the owner himself would notice a shortage.

Accused a pharmacist, ended up under house arrest, albeit for one night only.

The woman appeared this morning in front of the judge of the Court of Cagliari: her lawyers asked for the terms of defense.

The trial was thus postponed to July with the professional being released from prison.

From what is learned, she would have been surprised with banknotes (about 150 euros) stolen shortly before from the cash register.

The "trap" to frame her was triggered (apparently also through a video recording system) with the arrival of the carabinieri who triggered a search, recovering the banknotes.

The investigations are going on to verify any further shortages.
