The four-lane stretch of State Road 131 between Monastir and Nuraminis has reopened to traffic. The reopening follows the completion of work to lay new drainage pavement for approximately three kilometers, in both directions.

The work also included the installation of permanent road markings, as part of a larger modernization project spanning ten kilometers of the route between Monastir and Serrenti.

The total investment is approximately 65 million euros. The opening to traffic is expected by spring 2026.
