The checks carried out revealed a worrying picture that led, at first, to the referral of the suspect at liberty. However, the investigative findings highlighted the dangerousness of the conduct and the concrete risk of repetition of the crime.
And this morning the Carabinieri proceeded with the arrest, with the application of the device that will allow them to monitor compliance with the precautionary measure: he is not allowed to approach the victim.
