In June he was placed under house arrest because he had been found in possession of 680 kilograms of cannabis and synthetic additives intended to increase its narcotic potential.
But that didn't stop him from planting another 6,000 cannabis plants, weighing approximately 3 tons. This is the result of the latest State Police operation in the Nuoro countryside, where officers from the Ottana Police Station located and seized a new narcotics plantation.
The investigative activity, conducted as part of the services ordered by the Nuoro Police Chief to combat drug production and trafficking, led to the discovery of the cultivation in the immediate vicinity of another plantation seized last June.
At the center of the operation is the young man, who was already under house arrest. Just last June, he was found in possession of 680 kilograms of cannabis and synthetic additives intended to increase its narcotic potential.
The new plantation, consisting of approximately 6,000 specimens of varying sizes, has been seized. The order was validated by the usual prosecutor, Sandra Maria Benedetta Picicuto, who is coordinating the investigation. The young man has been charged with a new offence at large.
