Inconveniences are occurring in Siurgus Donigala due to the temporary absence of the GP following the termination of Dr. Marongiu's appointment. While awaiting the identification of a replacement or the activation of the Extraordinary Territorial Continuity Clinic (ASCOT), the Local Health Authority has implemented some temporary solutions to ensure care for residents.

Users can contact the Mandas emergency medical service from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. During the day, however, it will be possible to go to the Senorbì outpatient clinic from Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Citizens must bring their health card and any medical documentation in their possession, including any certifications or exemptions.

The situation has caused concern and disruption in the community. "I cannot deny the dismay expressed by the entire community," explains Mayor Antonello Perra . "However, we are in constant contact with the health authorities, who are ensuring their utmost commitment to restoring normal healthcare services as soon as possible ." The mayor also emphasizes that the municipal administration, together with Mayors Umberto Oppus (Mandas) and Terenzio Schirru (Gesico), continues to firmly represent the needs of the area to the relevant health officials, hoping to find a quick solution to the problem.
