In Sinnai, two squares that have been fenced off and closed for about twenty years because of intrusions and acts of vandalism could soon be reopened to citizens: the one dedicated to John XXIII and the one located next to the old cemetery.

They will be redeveloped and made safe (work has already begun in two other squares), equipped with refreshment kiosks and games for children and then given to private individuals or cooperatives for ten years to manage, who in exchange will have to guarantee their safety and maintenance. The municipal offices will prepare the tenders in a few weeks.

The fees have not yet been defined. What are the advantages for the public? Mayor Barbara Pusceddu explains . The project started during the last council, on the initiative of the municipal council led by Mayor Tarcisio Anedda.
