Even in Sinnai, the two processions in honor of Saint Helena took place without oxen due to the ban on the movement of cattle following the cases of dermatitis detected on a farm in Sarrabus last spring.

The Saint was transferred in procession to her country church and then brought back in procession to the parish of Santa Barbara on a horse-drawn cart ("Su carrettoni") with the participation of the launeddas players of Orlando Mascia's Sardinian popular orchestra.

The feast of Saint Helena took place for the 103rd time in Sinnai, with processions and masses (one celebrated with the participation of the S'Arrodia choir) in the country church and in the parish of Santa Barbara.

Among the civic events are a poetry contest, an almond festival, a sweet tasting, fireworks, and an evening of music.
