Judge Andrea Vacca has ordered the return to the family of the body of Paola Pusceddu, the woman who died yesterday after an injection in a clinic on Via Trieste in Sinnai.

In the morning, as is known, the coroner Alberto Chighine performed the necropsy on the woman's body. The macroscopic tests performed did not allow to immediately trace the cause of the tragedy : hence the need to resort to new laboratory tests, which should begin this week at the Institute of Legal Medicine of Brotzu . In the meantime, the body should soon be made available to the family for the funeral.

The facts are known: the woman went to the clinic for a medical check-up; she had been suffering from respiratory problems for a few days. The family doctor, after a visit, administered an antibiotic, with the patient immediately going into crisis due to anaphylactic shock, making any form of aid useless. The health worker also used the defibrillator, immediately brought to the clinic by the commander of the local police, Captain Giuseppe Fiori: unfortunately, everything was useless. The drama in the clinic is understandable. A dramatic event, with the judge of the Court of Cagliari who started an investigation entrusted to the same local police.
