Finally some good news for those who travel along the 131 "Carlo Felice" state road every day, at kilometer 186: in fact, Anas has announced that it has concluded the reconstruction work on the overpass in Siligo .

The completion of the work will allow the four-lane section of the state road to be returned to road users as early as tomorrow .

The intervention, which cost 1 million 100 thousand euros, involved the demolition and reconstruction of the overpass . Tomorrow's reopening to traffic adds to those that have already taken place involving the Bonnanaro overpass and the Saccargia flyover (km 197) completed in July 2022.

The works are part of a large redevelopment program aimed at increasing safety standards in the northern section of the 131 state road. The plan mainly concerns the reconstruction of bridges and viaducts , the replacement of traffic barriers and the modernization of the Chighizzu I and II tunnels .
