A tense hearing today in Tempio Pausania regarding the alleged massive loss in entrepreneur and influencer Gianluca Vacchi's accounts . The accused is administrator Pietro Oliva (55 years old from Olbia), who is accused of alleged shortfalls in the "Mister Enjoy" bank accounts. The case, therefore, concerns the complex situation surrounding the management of the Costa Smeralda villa and Vacchi's assets.
Oliva's defense (lawyers Domenico Putzolu and Maria Caterina Pisano) addressed several questions to an investigator from the Bologna Guardia di Finanza. It emerged that the assets and money Oliva was accused of misappropriating were actually owned by the alleged victim . The trial is highlighting the objective difficulty of tracing the transfer of funds from "Mister Enjoy"'s accounts to those of his administrator.
