Work to make some particularly busy roads safe is underway in Settimo San Pietro.

The first intervention concerns Via 4 Novembre, in front of the Town Hall, with the creation of new raised pedestrian crossings in some of the most at-risk points. A few days ago, however, the vertical signs were installed.

Similar interventions are planned in via 1 Maggio (the road that leads to the olive park and the sports field), Rome, Leonardo Da Vinci and Corsica. The work should be completed within the month or at the latest in December.

In recent years, bollards have been installed in Via San Salvatore, near an elementary school building and at the entrance to the town.
