This morning at dawn he tried to break down the door of his ex-girlfriend's house .
It happened in Sestu, the protagonist was a 31-year-old British citizen already known to the police. It was 5 in the morning when a call to 112 alerted the Carabinieri who, having intervened on the spot, saw the man in a state of obvious agitation who was repeatedly hitting the entrance door of an apartment in the center, where his ex-girlfriend lives with her mother.
At the sight of the soldiers, the 31-year-old continued to insult and threaten the women, then lunged at the police, trying to kick and punch them, before being immobilized .
The woman, it later emerged, had broken off the relationship a few weeks earlier and he had immediately begun stalking her . Thus, after formalizing the victim's complaint, the military proceeded to arrest him for resisting a public official, stalking and attempted violation of domicile. The man was taken to Uta prison .
