Sestu, crashes into a parked car: he had drugs and a knife, refuses the test

He was driving a rental car, lost control and crashed into a parked car in the town of Sestu.

The driver, 60 years old, was found in possession of a dose of drugs and a knife. When the police arrived, he refused to take the test: for this reason he was reported at large.
