A club in the Navy, in Cagliari , will remain closed for 15 days, as ordered by the Quaestor, for having served alcohol to minors.
The investigations were carried out by agents of the Administrative and Social Police Division as part of the services aimed at combating the "malamovida", including the uncontrolled consumption of alcohol, often by very young people.
Prevention activities are intensified on weekends and in the evening and at night also following the numerous reports from citizens which, as in the case in question, concerned a specific public establishment, the "Da Mela" in via Baylle . On the spot, the administration of alcoholic beverages to under-sixteen year olds was found and for this reason the owner was reported.
The agents found in particular the circumvention of the prohibition through indirect administration. Often, in fact, the latter was allowed through the purchase by an adult and then granting the actual consumption to the minor who was waiting outside the club.
