The man who, on August 13th, hit a van with his car, carrying a couple and their 6-year-old son, was driving under the influence of cocaine and opiates, on the SS 131, in the municipality of Serrenti .

Following the accident, the cars were removed from the road with the tow truck and the intervention of the police was requested, who ordered toxicological tests for the drivers.

The man who has now tested positive, a 32-year-old from Samassi, had his driving license withdrawn by the military. He was also charged with driving under the influence of drugs.
