The roar of engines, the colors of vintage cars, and the warmth of a community united in remembrance. Once again, the Valentino Melis Memorial "Vale per sempre" transformed Selegas into a great celebration of memory, passion for cars, and solidarity.

The fifth edition of the event dedicated to the young entrepreneur from Trexenta, who passed away prematurely, saw extraordinary participation and, above all, a significant charitable result. The fundraising reached €9,450, a sum that will be donated to the cancer hospitals of Cagliari and Isili, to support prevention and research activities. At the end of the event, Valentino's brother, Riccardo Melis, thanked everyone who contributed to the success of the event. Special thanks went to the Pro Loco, the Municipality and the mayor, the Civil Protection Department, the volunteers of the Misericordia di Senorbì ambulance, the participants, and everyone who collaborated in the organization.

Words of gratitude also came from the Selegas Pro Loco, which emphasized how the community's response was once again extraordinary. The highlights of the day were the rally and parade of classic cars and motorcycles: from Fiat 500s to Vespa Piaggios, to numerous motorcycles and other vintage vehicles, which attracted enthusiasts from various towns in the Trexenta area. Music from the Miscela 5% band rounded out the day, while Civil Protection and emergency responders ensured assistance and safety. This event, year after year, continues to keep Valentino's memory alive and transform it into a concrete gesture of solidarity. A day capable of uniting family, associations, institutions, and citizens in the name of cancer prevention and research.
