Yesterday night in Selargius, on the state road 554, at km 8 + 200, the Carabinieri of the temporary station of Flumini di Quartu with colleagues from the Monserrato station and the Radiomobile of the Quartu Sant'Elena company, reported for refusal of the investigation of the state of alcoholic intoxication, a twenty-seven year old from Cagliari of Roma origin, unemployed, well known to the forces of order.

The man skidded off the road while driving his Iveco van. He was so drunk that he couldn't take the alcohol test.

Not only that: he didn't have a licence, never obtained, and the vehicle didn't have compulsory RCA insurance. The van was impounded.
