The Carabinieri of the Selargius Station executed an order imposing the precautionary measure of removal from the family home and a prohibition on approaching the family home, issued by the Court of Cagliari, against a 22-year-old unemployed woman.
The measure is part of the proceedings initiated following the complaint filed last November by the young woman's mother, who reported that since 2017, she had been the victim of repeated harassing behavior by her daughter, who lives with her in Quartucciu : threats, insults, verbal and physical violence, capable of generating in the woman a serious state of anxiety and fear for her safety.
Following the report, the Red Code protocol was activated, and the military, upon receiving the precautionary order, tracked down the young woman at her home and served the measure.
