The community celebrated a new centenarian yesterday. Vittoria Camboni turned 100 surrounded by her loving family , while Mayor Salvatore Pes , Deputy Mayor Maria Antonietta Meloni , and Councilor Eleonora Carboni arrived on behalf of the municipal administration, bringing the entire population's best wishes.
The centenarian was also presented with a plaque containing her birth certificate . It was an emotional birthday, during which the celebrant recalled the sacrifices and hard work of a life dedicated to her family, after years of working as a domestic worker in Sedilo, Nuoro, Macomer, Sorradile, Cagliari, and Rome.
A special day, graced by Mrs. Vittoria, with her wisdom, simplicity, and kindness. The celebration also brought together her sisters, aged 84 and 89, who share her birthday , Saint Isidore's Day. All three wanted to celebrate together.
