Yesterday afternoon, the sea revealed what may have been the second shoe of Martina Lattuca, the 49-year-old woman from Cagliari who disappeared last Tuesday in Calamosca . A canoeist noticed her near the Grotta dei Colombi (Cave of the Doves) and immediately raised the alarm.

Coast Guard patrol boats responded to the scene and resumed the search for the woman. The first pair of shoes and backpack were recovered last Wednesday, along with the documents. The previous search had been suspended due to bad weather.

The Coast Guard, firefighters, drones, dog units, and mountain rescue teams were deployed. The last confirmed image of the woman shows her walking toward the Devil's Saddle with an umbrella in the rain. All trails, ravines, cliffs, and stretches of sea were searched. Attempts to locate her by cell phone were unsuccessful.
