A veranda caught fire yesterday at around 8:30 PM in Sassari.

The firefighters intervened, with the support of a ladder truck, on Via Busonera in Li Punti, preventing the fire from spreading to the entire apartment.

One person was poisoned while trying to put out the fire with a fire extinguisher and was transported to the emergency room by 118 ambulance. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
