An old boiler abandoned on the street, in the urban center of Sassari , one of those bulky wastes that certainly do not go unnoticed.

Even less to the city councilor for the environment and public green areas, Antonello Sassu who, faced with an "uncivilized" gesture, reacted with a letter addressed to the "dear fellow citizen" , underlining: "Despite all the awareness campaigns we are not managed to convince you that by dialing the toll-free number on bulky waste collection, we would come to your house to collect this old boiler which you, on the other hand, preferred to leave on the street».

A black-on-white message posted right on the bulky wreck, deposited in the Monte Rosello area, ignoring any rules on decorum and common sense.

"This behavior doesn't do you credit and automatically registers you on the list of uncivilized people who, every day, leave waste wherever it happens".

An incisive note so that no one should feel authorized to litter the city, creating situations of degradation that go beyond possible disservices.

"Should you feel the symptoms of even the slightest remorse - commissioner Sassu writes - I suggest you dial the toll-free number, I assure you that you will feel better immediately and you will help keep Sassari clean".

A loud and clear message, evidently understood by the citizen responsible for the wild abandonment, who then proceeded to withdraw the boiler, thinking well of following the process of good rules useful for keeping the city clean.
