Sassari, three women robbed in a few hours: a couple arrested

The alleged perpetrators of three muggings that took place last October 28th against three women between the ages of 50 and 80 were stopped by the Sassari State Police.
They are a man and a woman from Gallura who also allegedly stole a moped during the same morning in Li Punti.
The two were identified thanks to the video surveillance system of the Municipality and some nearby commercial establishments.
The first episode took place in Corso Trinità, in the morning, when a woman was robbed of her purse. The second instead in via Biasi in the Luna e Sole neighborhood and the third in the basement parking lots of Tanit in Predda Niedda.
The judge ordered the couple to be banned from living in Sassari for the next three years.
