The appointment is for Wednesday morning in Piazza d'Italia , in Sassari . The event organized by the Automobile Club and the Traffic Police will also be attended by 400 students from the middle schools of Sassari . During the event, some awareness-raising activities will be carried out on the topic of road education based on the different ages of the various possible road users.

The Automobile Club d'Italia and the Automobile Club Sassari are participating in the European Mobility Week 2024 , which opens today and will continue until September 22. The Aci supports policies that choose the sharing of public space as their theme, that is, choices that include interventions based on the redevelopment of urban space and the creation of infrastructures that guarantee greater safety for vulnerable road users.

The theme of the European Mobility Week for 2024 is “ Sharing public spaces ” and is based on four main thematic guidelines for intervention: experiencing public space differently; redeveloping urban space together; school streets: creating a safe space for active travel; planning and designing safer streets and “Energy Saving”.
