The calm after the storm of stones. The harmony between two Senegalese people was suddenly celebrated in recent days in court in Sassari, who met in the courtroom for the trial that concerned them both.
For an affair in June 2020 in which a 37-year-old and a 32-year-old non-EU citizen, having to place their stalls in the square, began to argue about their location. The clash, aggravated by previous economic conflicts, soon went from words to stones that were found in the area, held and thrown at each other .
A heavy stone-throwing which, however, did not injure any of the contenders, so much so that they went to trial on charges of attempted aggravated injury. But finding themselves before judge Giancosimo Mura, the two, defended by the lawyers Giuseppe Onorato and Maria Paola Cabitza, decided to let peace prevail by referring the complaint.
