Screams and ambushes when leaving the house. For a 47-year-old from Sassari, life in a condominium in the Turritan capital had become hell in the years between 2012 and 2018.

The neighbor, who lived below her, soon began to complain about the alleged noises coming from the woman's house. Banging on the ceiling with the stick, leaving notes of grievances in front of the door and underneath or shouting at her when she left the house causing a situation of discomfort for the other people in the building as well. Not tolerating her walking in heels or even protesting about the noise he seemed to hear even when the offended party wasn't in the condominium.

So much so that the lady had become afraid of moving, or even of a fork falling on the floor, and now she only listened to the stereo and TV with headphones. But the situation did not improve and she was forced to leave. In the meantime, however, he has filed a complaint, starting a trial for persecutory acts which ended yesterday with a sentence of one year and six months for the accused who will then have to pay a provisional amount of 5 thousand euros in compensation.

Judge Valentina Nuvoli ordered the sentence while the civil lawyer was Laura Murziani and the defense was Marco Costa.
