Sassari, robberies and attacks on elderly and disabled people: a couple arrested

Two people accused of a series of robberies in competition were arrested in Sassari by the police , on orders from the prosecutor's office.

Since the beginning of March, the couple, armed with a knife, have allegedly committed several attacks and robberies, always at night, and mainly targeting women or people with motor disabilities.

On one of these occasions they attacked an elderly woman causing her to suffer vertebral fractures and a diagnosis of 90 days of treatment. One of the two is under house arrest, the other in prison .
