Psychiatric evaluation for Vladimiro Cabizza, the 55-year-old arrested in Sassari in December 2025 on charges of stalking and arson .

The 55-year-old is accused of setting fire to six cars over the course of a month in the courtyard of Largo Budapest, where the man lived in one of the buildings. Footage from a security camera installed in one of the apartment blocks allegedly captured him, wearing gloves and a can of gasoline, moving near the moped that was later burned.
The person, an insurance salesman by profession, is also accused of allowing the vehicle fires to spread to some terraces where gas-powered air conditioners were located. Cabizza has always maintained his innocence and is currently in prison.
