The Parkinson's Association (ODV) on Via Ardara was robbed last night in Sassari . "They took all the tools we needed to work with patients," said board member Adelaide Sanna.

From computers to digital music and gaming equipment, everything disappeared in the break-in that the Carabinieri are investigating .

"They even destroyed everything we needed to make ceramics to sell to finance our living. We're in shock."

The association is located in a municipal building where, Sanna states, "we spent 30,000 euros with great sacrifice to redevelop it."

Now the request is for help: "Everything is welcome." Getting back on your feet quickly after an episode like this will be difficult.
