Emergency medical transport from Alghero to Rome for a life-threatening newborn baby of approximately one year old, aboard a G650 from the 31st Wing departing from Ciampino.

The young patient, suffering from a serious illness and in imminent danger of death, needed to be urgently transferred from the University Hospital of Sassari to the Bambino Gesù Hospital in Rome.

After completing all the necessary procedures for immediate takeoff, the aircraft took off from Rome Ciampino Airport and landed in Alghero.

Here the little patient was immediately boarded the G650 and returned to the capital's airport, where an ambulance was waiting for him to be taken to the Roman hospital.

Specifically, the newborn traveled inside the aircraft constantly monitored and assisted by a medical team and in the company of his mother.
