Shuttle buses, parking, and red zones in Sassari ahead of Max Pezzali's New Year's Eve concert. The Municipality has prepared a safety plan to minimize inconvenience to residents and motorists. On December 31st, Piazzale Segni, the venue for the event, will be declared a red zone, with traffic prohibited from 6:00 PM. Access points will be cordoned off and monitored by local police. The affected area is located between Via Di Vittorio, Via Giagu, Via Carlo Felice, Via Raffa Garzia, Via Wagner, Via Coradduzza, Via Gramsci, and Via Togliatti. Within the "red zone," a rest area for people with disabilities has been designated on Via Nenni, along with refreshment areas.

To facilitate access to Piazzale Segni, Palazzo Ducale and ATP have developed a plan that provides eight parking spaces within the city limits where people can leave their cars. From there, they can use the shuttle bus service offered by the Municipality in collaboration with the Public Transport Company. The Tanit parking lot (covered and uncovered) on Via Caniga-Via Predda Niedda, the Revenue Agency parking lot in Piandanna, the Via Budapest parking lot (next to Conad), the Via Camboni parking lot in Li Punti, the Piazza Ortobene parking lot in Sant'Orsola Nord, the Via Pirandello parking lot, the bus parking lot on Via Turati, and the Via Washington parking lot will be available. From these parking areas, ATP buses will depart at 6:00 PM, with routes modified to direct them to the concert area.

The last departure from the parking lots is scheduled for 9:00 PM. The lines used for the service are N2 from Tanit, N1 from Piandanna, N6 from Via Budapest, N2 from Via Camboni, N4 from Piazza Ortobene, N25 and N4 from Via Pirandello, and N1 from Via Turati and Via Washington. All lines will go to Via Vardabasso, except line 6, which will connect the Via Budapest parking lot with Via Togliatti. The windshields of the dedicated buses will display the words "Max Pezzali Concert," and the stops near the parking lots will display "Departure - Max Pezzali Concert." The shuttles will pick up passengers from stops along the route, with a wait time ranging from 5 to 15 minutes. In the lane descending from Via Milano, for about half a kilometer, there will be buses arriving from all over the island, which will take tourists to Sassari on the evening of the 31st. A rest area for campers has also been set up between Via Milano and Via La Malfa.

Regarding the restrictions, from 4:00 PM on December 31st until 6:00 AM on January 1st, the sale of takeaway cans and bottles of any beverage, including non-alcoholic beverages, will not be permitted—even from vending machines. No one will be allowed to bring cans or bottles into the red zone. Reiterating the ban on the itinerant consumption of alcoholic beverages set forth in the Municipal Police regulations, takeaway food and beverage services must use plates, glasses, cutlery, and containers exclusively made of biocompostable materials. Furthermore, for the night between December 31st and January 1st, the music hours for bars and clubs have been extended until 2:00 AM, with the exception of businesses within 500 meters of Piazzale Segni, which will not be able to play music from 6:00 PM on December 31st to 2:00 AM on January 1st.
