Another theft in Sassari's historic center. Around 7:00 PM, a man of Moroccan origin attempted to steal perfume from the Zara shopping center in Piazza Azuni. The non-EU citizen was discovered by those present, tried to flee, and, according to preliminary investigations, struck a clerk .

Meanwhile, local police officers intervened, but the man resisted before being handcuffed and taken by law enforcement to the police station on Via Carlo Felice. It remains to be seen whether the man will be charged with robbery. A Carabinieri patrol was also on the scene.
