Sassari: Man reported stealing produce from the Agricultural Institute's garden

He steals vegetables from the Sassari Agricultural Institute and is arrested. In recent days, the State Police intervened at the school after receiving a report of a man who had broken into the premises.

The patrol officers, having reached the scene, surprised and stopped the suspect in the area designated for cultivation, from where he had stolen a large quantity of fruit and vegetables.

The 44-year-old, already known to the police, was in the nearby fields and was fleeing with the stolen goods. He was reported at large for theft, and the stolen goods were returned to their rightful owner.
