In recent days, the man had attempted to enter the health facility without providing a valid reason, and was therefore turned away by the security guards, who, among other things, he had asked to use their cell phones.
When the security guards refused, the man made serious threats, including death threats, against one of them and others present. He left, returning a few hours later armed with a rock, which, after another altercation, he threw at the sliding glass door at the entrance to the pavilion, seriously damaging it. State police cars intervened, stopped the man, and arrested him.
