Serious accident this morning in Sassari , at the crossroads that leads from the SS291 Var to via Predda Niedda.

A car , for reasons currently under investigation, collided with a pylon of the flyover at around 6 am.

Firefighters arrived on the scene immediately and extracted the driver , who had become trapped. Emergency personnel took him to the emergency room.

The area has been secured along with the car.
